Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in customer retention and expansion. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are proactive in understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to meet their objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable engaging in commercial conversations with clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer requirements in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that customers' security and compliance goals align with their growth needs. You will engage in mid-cycle upsells and renewals, serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial conversations. Your role will involve understanding Vanta's product offerings and roadmap to effectively communicate value to customers. You will work closely with the Account Management team to achieve overall net revenue expansion, measured by Net Revenue Retention.
