Overview

Vanta is hiring a Manager of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers during a period of rapid growth. You'll focus on achieving GDR and NRR targets while shaping the Account Management organization. This role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management and team leadership, ideally with experience in a high-growth environment. You understand the importance of customer retention and growth, and you are passionate about mentoring and developing your team. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively represent Vanta's culture and values within your organization.

You are adept at creating and implementing sales strategies that drive results. Your experience includes developing training programs and sales playbooks that enhance team performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Account Management at Vanta, you will lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed. You will be responsible for evolving Vanta's sales initiatives to boost growth and renewal rates, ensuring that your team meets its goals. You will actively participate in recruitment and onboarding processes, helping to build a high-performing team.

You will conduct weekly forecasting meetings and provide ongoing coaching to your team members, focusing on strategies that enhance customer retention and account growth. Your role will also involve fostering an inclusive culture within the Account Management organization, ensuring that all team members feel valued and supported.
