You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions effectively to clients. You are comfortable working with data and insights to inform your strategies and decisions. Your ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do
As the second Account Manager at Cresta, you will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Account Management. Your primary responsibility will be to drive upsells and renewals, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our platform. You will play a central role in shaping the Account Management strategy, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.
You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Cresta's AI-driven insights. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or products. You will also work closely with the sales team to align on strategies for customer engagement and retention.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you will contribute to the development of best practices for account management within the organization. Your insights will help refine our approach to customer success and ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our clients. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of customer-centricity across the company.
