Overview

Vanta is hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead technical discussions with mid-market customers and drive customer acquisition. You'll work closely with the Commercial Sales team to ensure customers realize the full value of Vanta's security solutions.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer engagement and technical discussions, ideally with experience in security or compliance standards. You understand the importance of customer retention and are skilled at identifying customer needs to drive value. Your attention to detail ensures that customers are satisfied from onboarding through to renewal, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you work closely with sales teams.

You are adaptable and can learn quickly, even if you don't have prior security experience. You are comfortable discussing technical concepts with customers and can articulate the value of Vanta's platform effectively. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will lead technical discussions with our mid-market customer base and VIP logos, working alongside the Commercial Sales team. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers realize the fullest value from Vanta in pursuit of their security goals. You will drive customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth through your mastery of strategic sales and Vanta platform expertise.

You will create innovative solutions for our customers, focusing on their specific needs and challenges. Your role will involve consulting with customers to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Vanta. You will also help collect customer references, case studies, and product feedback to influence the product roadmap and improve overall customer satisfaction.
