Overview

Vanta is hiring a Senior People Programs Specialist to execute and scale core people programs across performance, feedback, and talent planning. You'll work with data and AI tools to improve people decisions and support leaders in driving impact.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in people operations and talent management, with a focus on executing programs that enhance performance and career growth. Your experience includes working with data to inform decisions and improve processes, ensuring that employees have clear pathways for development and recognition. You understand the importance of creating frameworks that support high performance and retention, and you are skilled at managing workflows and communications for key talent processes.

You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, including People Business Partners and the People Enablement team, to ensure that programs are well adopted and effective. Your ability to analyze data and leverage emerging AI tools will help you drive improvements in people programs over time. You are passionate about creating a fair and transparent experience for employees, ensuring that they feel supported in their career journeys.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and scaling Vanta's core people programs, focusing on performance management, feedback mechanisms, and talent planning. You will manage workflows and tools that facilitate key talent processes, ensuring that leaders have the visibility they need to make informed decisions. Your work will involve collaborating closely with the People Business Partners to align programs with organizational goals and employee needs.

You will also play a key role in building and running talent management systems that support high performance and career growth. This includes creating clear frameworks for performance evaluations, continuous feedback, and succession planning. You will utilize data to enhance these frameworks, ensuring they are effective and aligned with Vanta's mission to help businesses earn and prove trust.

Your contributions will directly impact the employee experience at Vanta, helping to foster a culture of recognition and growth. You will be involved in analyzing talent data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working to ensure that all employees experience fair and consistent processes. As part of a new team within the People organization, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of talent management at Vanta.
