You have a proven track record of leading performance cycles, including mid-year and year-end reviews, and you are adept at managing the complexities that come with global talent management. Your ability to analyze data and gather insights from culture surveys allows you to make informed decisions that positively impact the workforce. What you'll do

In this role, you will own all performance cycles, leading initiatives from start to finish to ensure that they are executed effectively and efficiently.
