Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on compliance or security products. You understand the importance of customer feedback and can prioritize features that enhance user experience and drive product efficacy. Your background includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met throughout their journey.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product development is a plus, as you will be shaping how Vanta utilizes AI to improve customer compliance management. You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Staff Product Manager at Vanta, you will own the product roadmap for the Scoping & Segmentation team, ensuring that the tools developed meet the needs of customers managing complex compliance programs. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product development and prioritization. Your role will involve close collaboration with designers and engineers to create intuitive and effective solutions that simplify compliance management for users.
You will also work with sales and marketing teams to align product features with market needs and customer expectations. By leveraging AI, you will help automate processes and provide insights that enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, tracking product performance, and iterating on features based on user feedback and data analysis.
