You have a background in customer success or account management, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment — you understand the importance of customer relationships and how to foster them effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are proactive in seeking feedback and are comfortable collaborating with product teams to relay customer insights. You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage your time efficiently. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to their success.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Vantage, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers after they subscribe to our platform. You will conduct training sessions to ensure customers understand how to utilize our cloud cost visibility and optimization tools effectively. Regular check-ins will be part of your routine, where you will solicit feedback and communicate this back to our product teams to help shape future developments. You will represent the voice of the customer in company meetings, advocating for their needs and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly. Your role will be crucial in building long-term relationships with our clients, helping them maximize the value they receive from our services.
