Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the MedTech or life sciences industries — you understand the complexities of the product development life cycle and can navigate the needs of various stakeholders, including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor allows you to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively promote Veeva's solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable overseeing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate Veeva's value proposition clearly to diverse audiences. Your experience in managing accounts and driving customer success is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with necessary travel to meet clients.
What you'll do
As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities within assigned accounts in the MedTech sector. You will engage with key stakeholders across various functions, understanding their business objectives and how Veeva's solutions can help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will also be expected to travel approximately 30% of the time for customer meetings, conferences, and team events, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships with your clients.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery, enhancing the overall customer experience. Your insights will be valuable in shaping Veeva's offerings to better meet the needs of the MedTech industry. You will also participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices, further enhancing your ability to serve your clients effectively.
