What you'll do

As a Team Lead for Veeva Link’s Data Operations team, you will oversee a remote team of 50+ freelancers who conduct rule-based web research. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement business processes that enhance operational efficiency. You will drive process improvements and technology enhancements, ensuring that your team has the necessary support to execute their tasks effectively. You will monitor operational metrics and deliver results that align with the company’s mission of helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. Your role will also involve collaborating with managers, analysts, and researchers to foster a productive work environment.
