What you'll do

As a Consultant in our Managed Services team, you will support our R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients maximize the value of the Vault Safety solution. You will act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through the implementation process and providing ongoing support to address their needs.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of consultants, leveraging your expertise to enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. You will also participate in training sessions to help clients navigate the Veeva applications effectively.
