You have a strong background in customer engagement and project management, ideally with experience in the life sciences industry. Your expertise in software implementation allows you to craft effective strategies that ensure customer success. You are skilled at setting expectations and managing project timelines and costs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process. You thrive in a customer-facing role and are comfortable working remotely, with the flexibility to travel as needed. Your communication skills enable you to represent the value proposition of Veeva's products effectively, fostering strong relationships with clients.

What you'll do

As a Services Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation of Veeva Vault Products. You will collaborate closely with the Veeva Sales and Services Teams to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are managed. Your role will involve crafting RFx responses, proposals, and statements of work, which are critical deliverables for successful project initiation. You will also provide recommendations for implementation partners and ensure strategic alignment within the team before project commencement. Your ability to navigate complex customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.
