Who you are

You have a strong background in software implementation, particularly within the life sciences sector — your experience has equipped you with the skills to structure effective solutions and set clear expectations for project charters. You understand the importance of aligning teams and managing customer relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Your expertise in Quality Cloud solutions is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — you thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy the challenge of representing the value proposition of complex software solutions. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying the right staffing and timeframes for successful project execution.

What you'll do

As a Services Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation of Veeva's Quality Cloud solutions — you will act as a solution expert, working closely with sales and services teams to ensure that customer needs are met. Your role will involve setting the right expectations and identifying the appropriate project charter, including staffing, timelines, and costs.

You will engage with customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring that they are set up for success and that their feedback is incorporated into the project plan. Your ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
