What you'll do
As a Services Engagement Manager at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for guiding Quality Cloud customers through the implementation process, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset. You will act as a solution expert, collaborating closely with both the Veeva Sales and Services Teams to represent the full value of the Quality Cloud offering. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and aligning those with the capabilities of the Quality Cloud.
