Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally within the life sciences sector, and are passionate about helping customers maximize the value of their solutions. Your proactive nature allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients while acting as a trusted advisor for their Veeva Quality initiatives. You are familiar with Japanese regulatory requirements and can effectively guide customers in navigating these complexities. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, ensures that customer feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Veeva, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and understanding their success criteria. You will guide them in adopting best practices to achieve their business goals with Veeva Quality Cloud. Your role will involve proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements related to regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager team to gather product feedback from customers and ensure their needs are met. This position requires you to be customer-facing, and while your primary work location will be the Tokyo office, you should be prepared to travel to customer sites within Japan as needed. Your contributions will play a crucial role in transforming the life sciences industry and making a positive impact on customers and communities.
