What you'll do

As a Services Lead at Veeva, you will be accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations of next-generation Regulatory Solutions for MedTech customers. You will lead customer engagements, ensuring that both customer and employee success are prioritized throughout the implementation process. Your role will involve driving best practices in MedTech to support implementation excellence, as well as fostering the creation of innovative collateral that supports successful delivery. You will partner with global and cross-functional teams to provide optimal outcomes for your customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
