What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be a key member of the Managed Services team, providing ongoing application administration and consulting support for customers live with Veeva Align. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their use of the platform. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to address any issues, provide training, and ensure they are leveraging the full capabilities of Veeva Align.

You will collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
