What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be a key member of the Commercial Services team, providing ongoing professional services for customers who are live with Veeva’s commercial and medical content management solutions, specifically Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of Veeva’s solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing training, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to internal projects and initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer success.
