You have a strong background in marketing operations, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment — you understand the intricacies of marketing automation and data governance, and you thrive on optimizing processes to drive efficiency. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect data and derive actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
You are detail-oriented and possess a knack for building scalable systems — your experience with HubSpot operations means you can manage lead workflows, reporting, and segmentation effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and enhance HubSpot operations, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. You will lead the development of lead management workflows that facilitate seamless communication between marketing and sales, driving pipeline growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements that support the overall marketing strategy.
