You are detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments — your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy sets you apart. You have experience with HubSpot operations, leading management workflows, and reporting, which enables you to enhance campaign execution and segmentation effectively.

What you'll do

As the Marketing Operations Manager for QualityOne at Veeva Systems, you will own and enhance HubSpot operations, ensuring that all marketing automation processes are streamlined and effective. You will lead the development of lead management workflows that facilitate seamless communication between marketing and sales teams, driving alignment and improving conversion rates.
