Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in the life sciences or technology sectors, with a focus on building and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've successfully driven digital transformation initiatives for clients, particularly in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Food & Beverage industries. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies that deliver results.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to engage with senior executives across various functions such as Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and R&D. Your ability to serve as a trusted advisor is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex customer environments effectively. You thrive in a mission-driven organization and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers and communities.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Partner at Veeva Systems, you will lead the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure, ensuring that you meet and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of experts to shape account strategies that align with customer goals and drive business growth.
