Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the life sciences or SaaS industries — your experience includes leading strategic customer relationships and driving digital transformation initiatives. You excel in managing the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives across various functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and R&D.

Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams is key to your success — you understand how to shape account strategies that expand existing relationships and deliver meaningful business results. You are driven by a mission to help life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster, aligning with Veeva's core values of customer success and speed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic customer relationships for top-tier CPG and Food & Beverage companies, focusing on driving digital transformation through Veeva’s Quality Suite. You will own the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring that you meet and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys.

You will collaborate with a team of experts to shape account strategies that not only expand existing relationships but also create new opportunities. Your insights will be crucial in delivering meaningful business results, and you will be expected to provide feedback to product teams to enhance Veeva’s offerings based on customer needs.
