Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the life sciences or SaaS industries — your experience includes leading strategic customer relationships and driving digital transformation initiatives. You excel in managing the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives across various departments including Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and R&D.

Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams is key to your success — you understand how to shape account strategy and expand existing relationships to deliver meaningful business results. You are adept at navigating complex customer environments and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by top-tier CPG and Food & Beverage companies.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Partner, you will lead strategic customer relationships, focusing on top-tier CPG and Food & Beverage companies. Your role will involve owning the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring that you serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to shape account strategy and expand existing relationships, delivering meaningful business results through Veeva’s Quality Suite.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include developing account plans, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue net new prospects to contribute to Veeva's growth.
