What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Vault CRM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the global marketing automation landscape — you will define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with engineering teams to bring your vision to life, developing a world-class solution that meets the challenges of the life sciences industry.

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, ensuring that Veeva remains at the forefront of innovation in the life sciences sector. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help shape the product's direction and features.

You will also be responsible for setting success metrics and tracking product performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product continuously. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be crucial in driving the success of the Campaign Manager product.
