You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the SaaS or healthcare technology sectors. You possess a strong understanding of data quality and are excited about improving data features that deliver value to customers. Your background includes working closely with engineering and QA teams to design and build product features that enhance user experience and data accuracy.
You are skilled in prioritizing projects and managing roadmaps, ensuring that data improvement initiatives align with business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders allows you to understand data gaps and develop strategies to address them. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager on the Compass Platform, you will take ownership of data quality and features, focusing on enhancing the value of healthcare claims data. You will lead the productization of features that improve data quality, including implementing reference data and logic for data enrichment. Your role involves investigating opportunities for data clean-up and developing features that assist in data delivery and user interface enhancements.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and QA, to design and build product features that meet user needs. Your responsibilities will include writing requirements for transformation and calculations, prioritizing data improvement projects, and managing the quality management process. You will also own the roadmap for enhancements, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and customer success.
