You have a proven track record in strategic roles, ideally within the SaaS or life sciences industries — your experience includes developing and executing account sales strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction. You are a strong communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly, ensuring that customers understand the value of the products you represent.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including product and marketing to align strategies and feedback loops. Your ability to identify and remove blockers to sales success is a key strength, allowing you to navigate challenges effectively and keep projects on track.
You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, which enables you to map out key targets and execute strategic account plans that resonate with clients. Your analytical mindset helps you assess performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.
What you'll do
As the Strategy Director, you will take ownership of the Crossix Audience Segments initiative, driving its adoption and commercial success. You will collaborate with account partners to develop and implement strategic sales plans, ensuring that early adopters achieve success with the product. Your role will involve identifying potential barriers to sales and working proactively to address them, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
You will act as a subject matter expert on Crossix data and methodologies, providing insights that help shape product positioning and marketing strategies. Your ability to communicate the value of Crossix Audiences will be crucial in engaging customers and driving sales.
