Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in strategic roles, ideally within the SaaS or life sciences sectors, where you've successfully driven product adoption and commercial success. Your experience includes developing account sales strategies and executing strategic deals, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of products to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
You are a strong collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams including product and marketing to establish feedback loops that ensure products meet customer expectations. Your ability to identify and remove blockers to sales demonstrates your proactive approach to achieving success in your role.
What you'll do
As the Strategy Director, you will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Audience Segments. This includes mapping out key targets and executing strategic account plans to drive sales. You will act as a market owner and subject matter expert on Crossix data, methodologies, products, and differentiators, ensuring that early adopters are supported and successful.
You will work closely with Account Partners to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve communicating the value of Crossix Audiences to customers, ensuring that they understand the benefits and applications of the product in their operations.
Collaboration with product and marketing teams will be essential as you establish a feedback loop to refine product positioning and ensure alignment with customer needs. You will also be expected to participate in strategic discussions that shape the future direction of Crossix Audience Segments, contributing your insights and expertise to drive growth.
