What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for crafting unique user experiences with the Vault CRM system — your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and translating those into effective technical solutions. You will work on the Veeva Vault platform, utilizing your skills in Java and JavaScript to enhance the functionality and usability of the CRM system.

You will engage with customers directly, providing insights and recommendations based on their specific needs — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the Technical Services Team, helping to meet the needs of an ever-growing customer base.
