You have experience working with cloud-based CRM systems, particularly in the life sciences industry. You understand the importance of user experience and are skilled in creating unique user experiences with CRM X-Pages. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a remote environment, meeting travel requirements as needed.

What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be part of a growing Technical Services Team that meets the needs of an expanding customer base. You will help craft unique user experiences using the Vault CRM system, which is the premier cloud-based CRM solution for the life sciences industry. Your role will involve collaborating with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their CRM capabilities.

You will engage with clients to gather requirements, provide demonstrations, and ensure successful implementation of the Veeva Vault platform. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through the setup and optimization of their CRM systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
