What you'll do

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Venafi, you will play a crucial role in the Global Deal Desk function. You will structure and approve all significant transactions globally, ensuring they align with company objectives and pricing policies. Collaborating closely with the Deal Desk Director, you will guide Account Executives through the deal configuration, structuring, approval, and quoting process. Your responsibilities will include documenting and administering the order approval matrix, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the deal execution process.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, finance, and legal, to improve the overall quote-to-cash processes. Your role will require you to review and evaluate both standard and complex deals, ensuring that all quotes are accurate and compliant with pricing and discount policies. You will also collaborate with the Deal Desk Director and CRO on strategy and approvals for all non-standard deals, contributing to Venafi's revenue growth and success in the cybersecurity market.
