Job Description

Who you are

You are a Solutions Architect with a strong technical background and a passion for cybersecurity. You understand the importance of machine identities and how they play a critical role in network security. You have experience in guiding customers through technical decision-making processes and building trust as a technical advisor. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales executives to ensure customer success. You are detail-oriented and can identify the necessity of demonstrations or proof-of-concepts to align with customer success criteria.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary technical expert supporting the sales team at Venafi. You will drive the technology evaluation phase of the sales cycle, ensuring that customers understand how Venafi technology delivers tangible business value. You will meticulously identify all technical decision criteria and guide customers through a structured process to make well-informed decisions. Building credibility and trust with customers will be key, as you position yourself as a trusted advisor capable of solving real business challenges. You will showcase Venafi product features and functionalities, conducting POC integrations where necessary. Your mission is to help organizations realize the importance of managing and protecting machine identities, contributing to the overall security landscape.
