What you'll do
As the Director of Engineering for the v0 team, you will lead the technical execution of Vercel's AI-powered generative UI product. You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, setting the technical direction, and establishing standards that ensure the success of the product. Your role will involve owning engineering outcomes, including code quality, system reliability, and delivery timelines.
You will drive execution by establishing effective development processes, removing blockers, and ensuring that your team consistently ships high-quality work.
