Who you are
You have a strong background in field marketing or demand generation, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your familiarity with ABM strategies, including 1:1 and 1:few approaches, allows you to effectively engage target audiences. You understand the importance of segmentation and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in crafting successful marketing campaigns. Your experience marketing to an engineering audience gives you a unique perspective on how to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and go-to-market teams to align strategies and maximize impact. You are results-driven, always looking for ways to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform your marketing strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across the DACH region. You will lead the planning and execution of hosted events, trade shows, and partner activations, ensuring that each initiative drives awareness and engagement. Collaborating with sales and GTM teams, you will develop campaign strategies that align with business objectives and target key segments. You will analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your role will also involve managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive successful outcomes. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform your marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
