What you'll do

As the Director of Sales Engineering, you will lead and develop the AMER Commercial SE team, focusing on training, career development, and compensation strategies. You will ensure that your team maintains technical excellence throughout the pre-sales cycle, providing hands-on support for key accounts and driving successful outcomes for customers.
