Who you are

You are a proactive and customer-focused individual with a knack for nurturing existing customer relationships. Your experience in account management has equipped you with the skills to reduce churn and identify opportunities for account growth. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges.

You have a strong background in managing day-to-day contacts with a large number of SMB customers, ensuring they remain engaged and satisfied. Your ability to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities is a key strength, and you are driven by a desire to deliver value to your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for daily phone and email contact with a large number of new and existing SMB customers. Your primary goal will be to maximize retention and minimize churn by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and future plans. You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving incremental revenue for the company.

You will work closely with various teams within Verifone to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and that solutions are tailored to meet their needs. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that Verifone continues to deliver exceptional service and innovative payment solutions.
