What you'll do

In this role, you will own the development, implementation, and management of Verily's FedRAMP and FISMA compliance program — you will ensure that all relevant products meet or exceed federal requirements. You will lead efforts to achieve the necessary Authority to Operate for Verily’s products, directly supporting our offerings that serve Federal Agency Customers.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate compliance requirements into the product development lifecycle — your guidance will be crucial in helping teams understand and implement necessary security controls. You will also conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Your responsibilities will include developing training materials and conducting training sessions for team members on compliance best practices — you will be the go-to expert for compliance-related inquiries and will help foster a culture of compliance within the organization. You will also stay updated on changes in federal regulations and ensure that the compliance program adapts accordingly.
