You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building cloud-native applications and platforms. Your expertise includes working with open-source components and you have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You possess deep knowledge of Kubernetes and have experience with CI/CD practices. Your background includes developing scalable and secure platforms that enhance the developer experience. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and are excited about the potential of data-driven solutions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform Engineering team, you will own the technical design and implementation of significant platform capabilities. You will collaborate with over 600 engineers to create a seamless developer journey through integrated capabilities in application templates and developer portals. Your role will involve designing and developing features that utilize state-of-the-art cloud-native technologies.
You will work closely with engineers who have contributed to successful projects like Kubernetes and Firebase, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of its users. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the scalability and security of the platform, as well as optimizing the development process through innovative solutions.
