You are a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in driving new business acquisition. You thrive in an in-office environment and are eager to contribute to a world-class sales organization. Your experience in managing sales cycles from initial contact to close has equipped you with the skills to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. You are proactive in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities, demonstrating your ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct strategic outbound prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person events. Your ability to conduct online demos and create compelling presentations will be essential in showcasing Verkada's integrated, AI-powered platform to potential clients. You understand the importance of collaboration within a sales team and are committed to contributing to a thriving in-office culture.
Desirable
Experience in the physical security industry or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with cloud-based solutions. A background in sales within the Mid-Market segment is highly desirable, as it will enable you to navigate the complexities of this strategic business area effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and cultivating opportunities within Select Named Accounts. You will proactively identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities, conducting outreach through various channels to generate leads. Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to close will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, with a focus on meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
You will conduct online demos of Verkada's solutions, showcasing the benefits of our integrated platform to potential clients. Your ability to create tailored presentations and effectively communicate the value of our offerings will be crucial in driving new business acquisition. You will collaborate closely with your team to share insights and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the Mid-Market Select team.
