Sendbird is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and close deals with upper mid-market and enterprise-level customers. You'll focus on a self-sourced approach to build a robust sales pipeline. This role requires 3-5 years of technology sales experience.

Who you are
You have 3-5 years of experience in technology sales, particularly in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully closed upper mid-market and enterprise-level deals. Your tenacious work ethic and resourcefulness enable you to thrive in challenging situations, and you are adept at navigating complex conversations with multiple stakeholders in top-tier companies.
You possess a strong ability to build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline, maintaining a customer-focused approach that prioritizes readiness and responsiveness. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to consult with customers effectively, helping them envision how messaging can enhance their user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals with upper mid-market and enterprise-level customers, leveraging your outbound, self-sourced approach to generate leads. You will quickly build and maintain a 3-5x qualified sales pipeline, ensuring that you are always prepared to engage with potential clients. Your ability to navigate multi-threaded conversations will be crucial as you work to transform customer imaginations and drive adoption of Sendbird's omnichannel AI agent platform.
You will collaborate closely with your sales team and other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your role will also involve helping to shape the sales strategy and participating in initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
