Who you are
You have a strong background in Channel Sales or Partner Management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with reseller partners. Your experience in sales strategy and execution has equipped you with the skills to drive pipeline growth effectively. You understand the importance of privacy-sensitive solutions in physical security and are passionate about transforming how organizations protect their people and places.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and engage with partners will be key to your success in this role. You are results-driven and have a knack for strategic thinking, allowing you to execute initiatives that expand Verkada's footprint in the region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of channel partner engagement, from identifying and onboarding new reseller partners to driving pipeline and executing strategic initiatives. You will proactively generate new business opportunities and work closely with partners to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your efforts will directly contribute to Verkada's mission of providing integrated, AI-powered physical security solutions across various industries.
You will collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and enhance partner engagement. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the success of channel initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
