You have experience in account management, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sectors — you understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive business success. Your fluency in Mandarin allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with KnowBe4.
You are a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment — you enjoy working with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive growth. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service.
What you'll do
As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a variety of partners — your goal is to drive increased deal registrations and attract new customers to KnowBe4's platform. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.
You will play a key role in ensuring that partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4 — this includes providing training, resources, and ongoing support to help them effectively promote and sell our cybersecurity solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with partners and their customers.
In this role, you will analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth — you will use this data to inform your strategies and ensure that partners are achieving their goals. You will also participate in regular meetings with partners to discuss progress, address any challenges, and celebrate successes.
