You have a proven track record in channel sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and have a knack for building strong relationships with partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-makers is one of your key strengths. You are results-driven and have a passion for driving growth through strategic partnerships.
You understand the API landscape and are familiar with the challenges and opportunities that come with it. Your experience in working with systems integrators, resellers, and technology alliances will be invaluable in this role. You are comfortable navigating the intricacies of enterprise sales and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory by recruiting and enrolling strategic partners. You will work closely with the Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led demand and accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman’s solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing partner-led sales motions that align with Postman’s business objectives.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to succeed. You will also track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth. Your ability to collaborate effectively across teams will be crucial in achieving your goals and expanding Postman’s footprint within large organizations.
