You possess hands-on experience with tools like Altium Designer and Arduino, which you have used in academic projects or internships. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of quality in hardware development. Your ability to quickly prototype and iterate on designs will be crucial in this role, as you help bring new ideas from concept to reality.

What you'll do

As a Hardware Engineer at Verkada, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware products. You will collaborate with product and mechanical engineering teams to design, prototype, and build new hardware solutions. Your role will involve sustaining existing product lines to ensure high quality and steady supply for customers, engaging cross-functionally to drive process improvements and efficiencies.

You will quickly prototype new products for proof of concept studies and work with JDM partners to build and execute robust test plans. Your contributions will directly impact the development of innovative security solutions that help organizations protect their people and places.
