You have a strong background in sales management, particularly in building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners. Your experience includes driving revenue growth through effective collaboration and integration of partners into the sales process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking strategic risks to achieve aggressive goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You understand the importance of empathy and connection in business, aligning with Qualtrics' mission to enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving partner sales quotas and accelerating partner-impacted revenue. You will strategically integrate partners into the sales and go-to-market process, collaborating closely with internal and partner sellers. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities and leveraging partnerships to enhance Qualtrics' market presence. You will work with the Ecosystem function and regional Centers of Excellence to ensure that partner relationships are nurtured and developed effectively. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives.
