Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the technology or security sectors. You thrive in a leadership role, motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and pivot strategies as needed is essential for success in this role. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can effectively align resources across sales, product, marketing, and operations to drive results. You are results-oriented and have a strong focus on pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring that both individual and team quotas are met consistently.

Desirable

Experience in the LATAM market is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based security solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can influence and inspire those around you to achieve common goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with both your team and other departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead as a Player-Coach, setting the highest standards for execution and motivating your direct reports. You will establish rigorous pipeline management practices and implement intensive outbound strategies to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include timely forecasting and closing deals to ensure that both individual and team quotas are achieved. You will work closely with various teams, including product, marketing, engineering, and operations, to align priorities and resources effectively.
