You have a strong technical background and are comfortable engaging with key customer stakeholders such as CTOs, CISOs, and IT Executives. Your ability to understand and navigate customer requirements is essential, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with sales teams to assess and qualify customer opportunities. You are adaptable and can match the fast-paced environment at Verkada, learning quickly to provide effective solutions. Your experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting will be beneficial in this role.
Desirable
Experience in cloud physical security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You should be able to demonstrate a history of enhancing customer experiences through technical solutions and have a proven track record of working with diverse teams.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Verkada, you will own and enhance the customer experience from the proof-of-concept stage to the final decision. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing pre-sales engineering support to the sales team and ensuring that customer needs are met with tailored technical solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that leverage Verkada's integrated platform for video security, access control, and more. You will be responsible for delivering impactful results using cutting-edge technology and ensuring that customers feel supported throughout their journey with Verkada.
