You are a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with experience in managing contracts and compliance within the construction industry. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with legal, operations, development, and finance departments to maintain organized contracts and ensure compliance with regulations. You understand the importance of keeping licenses current and are proactive in building and maintaining policies and procedures that support company growth.
Desirable
Experience in the homebuilding or construction sector is a plus, as is familiarity with vendor management and insurance programs. You may also have a background in legal compliance, which will enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of contracts and regulations in this field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day management of Villa's construction and vendor contracts, ensuring that all agreements are organized and compliant with relevant regulations.
