You have a strong technical background with experience in trading workflows and a solid understanding of the financial markets — your ability to analyze requirements and communicate effectively with clients sets you apart. You thrive in client-facing roles, demonstrating software functionalities and training users on complex systems. Your familiarity with Execution Management Systems (EMS) or Order Management Systems (OMS) gives you an edge in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Your experience includes working with FIX protocol, which is essential for trading communications, and you have a grasp of algorithmic trading principles — this knowledge allows you to engage deeply with clients and address their technical inquiries. You are adept at collaborating with product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements, ensuring that the Triton Product Suite remains at the forefront of industry standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will pursue new technical sales opportunities while acting as a liaison between clients and the product development team — your primary responsibility will be to showcase the Triton Product Suite to potential and existing clients, demonstrating its capabilities and benefits. You will conduct training sessions for users, ensuring they are well-versed in the product's functionalities and can leverage it effectively in their trading operations.

You will also gather and analyze client requirements, working closely with the product development team to communicate new feature requests and enhancements — your insights will help shape the future of the Triton suite, making it more aligned with market needs. Your role will involve regular interaction with clients, providing them with ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with the product.
