What you'll do

As a Portfolio Customer Success Manager at Viseven, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our eWizard platform effectively. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback, using this information to inform product improvements and service enhancements. Your role will involve developing and delivering training sessions to help clients understand the full capabilities of our software, ensuring they can leverage it to meet their business objectives. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention strategies. Additionally, you will analyze client data to track usage trends and success metrics, reporting these findings to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our offerings. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, advocating for client needs and ensuring their voices are heard in product development discussions.
