Viseven is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager who will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving adoption and satisfaction with their SaaS platform. This role requires proficiency in Japanese and Korean, along with strong customer engagement skills.

Who you are
You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and you understand the importance of driving customer satisfaction and long-term value. You are fluent in both Japanese and Korean, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can build lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in utilizing the eWizard platform effectively. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you are committed to ensuring their success with our solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with digital marketing services and software solutions will enhance your ability to provide valuable insights and support. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service.
What you'll do
As a Portfolio Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our SaaS platform. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. You will provide hands-on support and guidance to help clients maximize the value of our services, driving adoption and usage of the eWizard platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You will also develop and deliver training sessions and resources to empower clients in their use of our solutions.
